TERMS OF SERVICE

Restriction on Artificial Intelligence: The Artist retains all rights to the work. The Client agrees that the artwork provided shall not be used to, or be provided to any third party for the purpose of, training, testing, or refining any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI systems (including but not limited to, for the purpose of mimicking the artist's style, technique, or subject matter). Any such use constitutes a material breach of this agreement and is subject to statutory damages.
